positive visa history in the states of the European Union and the Schengen area.
Required documents
Application of the foreign investor in two copies;
bank account statement on the funds for living in Spain;
2 photographs 3,5 x 4,5 cm;
birth certificates of the investor and the family members included in the application;
internal and international passports of all family members;
receipt of payment of the state duty;
certificate of no criminal record;
