Applicants for citizenship do not need to live in Vanuatu or pass an exam on the language and culture of the country. All you need to do is prepare the necessary documents, submit your biometric data in Vanuatu or at one of the country's approved overseas offices in the UAE, New Caledonia, or Hong Kong, and contribute USD 130,000 to the Vanuatu Development Fund.
The entire process of obtaining a Vanuatu passport takes 1–4 months, whereas Caribbean investment programs do not allow you to obtain a second passport in less than 6 months.

After receiving approval from the FIU, iWorld's lawyers send the application and copies of the documents to Vanuatu. They are reviewed by the Selection Committee and the Citizenship Commission within 2 weeks. At the same time as submitting the application, you make a 25% investment.

To submit your biometric data, you and your family members listed on the citizenship application must visit Vanuatu or one of the country's overseas offices in the UAE, New Caledonia, or Hong Kong. Based on your biometric data, chips will be manufactured for your biometric passports.
